Nature of the service
Harue Bridge provides non-medical coordination and communication support. The medical institution is responsible for diagnosis, treatment planning, clinical services and clinical follow-up.
Inquiries and bookings
Website information is an introduction to available services. Sending an inquiry does not create a confirmed clinic appointment, hotel reservation, vehicle booking or treatment agreement.
Specific services, providers, dates, charges, payment arrangements, cancellation and refund conditions are confirmed separately before booking.
Clinic information
Medical suitability, treatment options, visit frequency, clinical costs and outcomes are determined or explained by the medical institution. Preliminary information can change after an in-person assessment.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us promptly if your plans change. Applicable clinic and third-party provider conditions are explained for the relevant booking. This page does not establish a single cancellation or refund rule for all services.
Communication support
Chinese-speaking staff are available on site. For other languages, we use AI-assisted interpretation. Tell us your preferred language so we can check support for your visit. Important clinical instructions should be confirmed with your treating clinic. Consultation hours are Monday to Saturday, 09:00–21:00 KST. Post-return communication support is available for one year after your return. This website is not an emergency medical service.
