01 · Tell us your plans
Contact us with your country of residence, preferred language, approximate travel dates, clinic preference and the services you may need. You can inquire even if you have not yet selected a clinic.
02 · Connect with the medical institution
We help forward your questions and organize the records requested by the clinic. The clinic reviews medical information and explains possible next steps, proposed appointments and preliminary estimates where available.
03 · Confirm your arrangements
We coordinate your appointment dates and requested interpretation, airport transfers or accommodation support. Service scope, availability, charges, cancellation conditions and the support period are confirmed before booking.
04 · Visit Korea
Follow your confirmed arrival and appointment plan. Your clinic provides examination and treatment; Harue Bridge supports communication and agreed travel arrangements.
05 · Stay connected after your visit
We help coordinate follow-up appointment requests and relay questions to your clinic, including after you return home for one year after your return.
