FAQ
Your questions, answered.
Practical information about planning and coordination.
Is Harue Bridge a dental clinic?
No. Harue Bridge is a foreign patient attraction agency providing non-medical coordination and support. Your treating medical institution provides medical care.
Can I inquire before choosing a clinic?
Yes. Tell us your plans and interests. We will explain available coordination options and clinic connections.
Can you tell me which treatment I need?
Clinical assessments, treatment recommendations and suitability decisions come from the medical institution. We help connect you with the clinic and relay its information.
How long do I need to stay in Korea?
Your clinic advises on visit frequency and timing based on your situation. We help plan your stay around that guidance; a fixed treatment or stay duration is not promised.
Are interpretation, airport transfers and hotels included?
They are arranged individually according to your needs, availability and agreed scope. Separate fees and provider booking conditions are confirmed before you book.
Which languages can you support?
Chinese-speaking staff are available on site. For other languages, we use AI-assisted interpretation. Tell us your preferred language so we can check support for your visit. Important clinical instructions should be confirmed with your treating clinic.
Can I change an appointment or travel booking?
Contact us as early as possible. Changes depend on clinic and provider availability and the conditions of your booking. Fees may apply; we explain them before making changes.
Can you help after I return home?
We help relay questions, requested information and the clinic’s replies for one year after your return. Clinical advice and follow-up decisions are provided by the clinic.
Does the registration guarantee insurance cover my treatment?
The supplied policy concerns the agency’s registration guarantee deposit. It is not a promise of treatment outcomes or general medical expense coverage.
What if I need urgent medical attention?
Seek immediate medical assistance when needed. In Korea, call 119 for an emergency. Harue Bridge’s inquiry service is not an emergency medical service.
When can I contact you?
Consultation hours are Monday to Saturday, 09:00–21:00 Korea Standard Time (KST). Messages received outside these hours are reviewed during consultation hours.
