Tell us about your preferred clinic, questions, available dates and requested support. We explain the coordination process and help connect you with the medical institution for clinical questions.
We help you understand the records requested by the clinic, coordinate their delivery through an agreed channel, and arrange consultation and visit times. Preliminary clinic information may change after an in-person assessment.
We help align your travel schedule with the clinic’s proposed visit frequency and follow-up appointments. Your treating clinic determines the medical requirements.
Chinese-speaking staff are available on site. For other languages, we use AI-assisted interpretation. Tell us your preferred language so we can check support for your visit. Important clinical instructions should be confirmed with your treating clinic.
Airport pickup or departure transfers arranged for your arrival time, destination and travelling party.
Hotel suggestions and reservation assistance based on your budget, clinic location and length of stay.
We help with appointment changes, clinic communication and requested local transport or accompaniment arrangements Monday to Saturday, 09:00–21:00 Korea Standard Time (KST).
We help relay questions, clinic-requested progress information, clinic responses and future appointment requests for one year after your return. Medical assessment and clinical advice remain with your treating clinic.
Core coordination and optional services are confirmed individually. Hotel stays, vehicle transfers and interpretation may carry separate charges. We explain the service scope, provider, fees and booking conditions before confirmation.
