BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Prepare for a clearer visit.
Start with clinic guidance, then organize your journey around it.
What records should I send?
The clinic will specify what it needs to review your inquiry. Requested information may include existing dental images, photographs, a summary of previous treatment and other information relevant to its assessment.
Keep original files where available. Ask us for the agreed submission method before sending medical records. Do not upload medical records through the initial inquiry form.
How long should I stay?
There is no single stay length that applies to every patient. Ask the clinic about examination visits, treatment appointments, follow-up needs and whether more than one trip may be necessary.
We help organize accommodation and travel around the clinic’s guidance. Allow flexibility for changes after your in-person assessment, and confirm your schedule before making non-refundable reservations.
What should I prepare?
- Confirmed clinic appointment details and a contact person.
- The records your medical institution has requested.
- Your clinic’s guidance on appointment preparation and follow-up.
- Accommodation dates and your airport arrival details.
- Confirmed interpretation and transport arrangements, if requested.
- Passport, entry requirements and personal travel arrangements.
- Harue Bridge and clinic contact details saved on your phone.
- An agreed contact method and support period after your return.
Before booking optional services
Confirm traveller numbers, luggage, flight details, hotel preferences, interpreter language and the times you need assistance. We will explain availability and any separate charges.
